Coripharma recognises the importance of good corporate governance and behaviour and is subject to corporate governance requirements in Iceland. The Company exercises its rights responsibly and fulfils its obligations towards its stakeholders. The Company is managed by the Management Board, whose work is supervised by the Board of directors.
Coripharma is governed via:
- the General Meeting
- the Board of director´s monthly meetings, and
- regular Management Board meetings
In the executive committee, there are nine individuals, of which 5 are women (a gender diversity of 55% females/44% males). Coripharma’s CEO is a woman. On the Board of directors the gender diversity is 40,0% male/60,0% female.
