Halla Bjorgvinsdottir is currently a Senior Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer alternate at Marel. Her past positions include Attorney at Law at MP banki (Kvika), Associate at LOGOS law firm and Project Manager at Iceland Travel. Halla holds bachelor‘s and master‘s degrees in Law, she is a licensed Attorney in Iceland and is a member of the Icelandic Bar Association. She has completed a certification exam in securities trading.

Halla serves on the Board of the Nordic Arbitration Centre and is a member of Nasdaq CSD Iceland user committee.
